Altenew Enjoy the Ride Scrapbook Collection Release Blog Hop + Giveaway
Hi Friends!
Welcome to the blog hop celebrating the release of the August Enjoy the Ride Scrapbook Collection. You’ve probably arrived here from Raquel Bowman’s blog and your next stop will be Audrey Yeager! For full details please visit the Altenew blog here, where you can find out more about the blog hop. There are some fun prizes to be won as well!
About the Collection:
The bright colors and whimsical designs of this collection will add a touch of painterly magic to any project. The papers, ephemera, and embellishments in this collection feature sweet florals, adorable birdcages, bicycles, gems, butterflies, and more! It is truly a welcome reminder to “enjoy the ride!”

For my projects, I made 3 cards which came together very easily!

I fell in love with the bright and bold colours of the collection with the signature whimsical Altenew flowers available in patterned paper, ephemera die cuts, chipboard alphabet stickers, plus a set of washi tape to match!

I love making projects with scrapbook collections, as all the work has been done for me, the colours, the images, the sentiments! All I need to do is assemble them.

For this card, I added some Spring Roses Die cut pieces behind the cage die cut for a pop of colour against the dark cardstock. I added torn strips of paper along the edge of the card blank from the 6×6 paper pack.

For my third card, I used the washi tape set to create my background, as I am a huge sucker for washi tape! There are so many fun ways to use washi tape and this collection with the coordinating colours easy to use to quickly create a card.
Thank you so much for stopping by!
