Wednesdays are my quietest days as I have the hous

Wednesdays are my quietest days as I have the house completely to myself. Alina goes to nursery 3 days a week now and I've managed to set up a routine for myself on those days after dropping her off: some form of exercise or a walk, and then a cup of tea and then off to my beautiful loft art studio.

I'm so lucky to have this sunlit space which really does feel like a sanctuary, a sacred space where I come back to myself. Where I make time for me.

It's so important to fill your own creative cup first, before you can pour your love and service into others 🙏🏾💕

In 4 months (yikes) Alina starts full time school 😭 so I try to romanticise these days with small grounding rituals. It's so important to make time for yourself amidst the demands of life 💕

Today is a filming kind of day and I am working on some commissions, collaborations and also filming content for Story Printer: Gel Prints With Soul which is my signature online course.

I so have loved pouring my heart into it and I am pleased to say that it will be coming back again, bigger and better soon.

Gel Print January Day 15: Fibre

Waaaahhh how is it the end of January already, it flew by in a flury of activity and life happening!

Textiles, fibre and string are some of my favourite textures to use in gel printing because when you get that paint thickness and tackiness juuuussstt right, the pulled gel print looks almost 3D which does quite translate so well on camera.

Today was not a clean hand day 😂😂😂

I want to say thank you to everyone who took part in the challenge and took the time to comment and share not just my content but also uplift other participants too 🙏🏾

I am so incredibly lucky to have a community of kind hearted, like minded creatives, which i think is something we all need right now.
